Tammes Bernstein is a film director, ai artist and creative.

Director of the feature documentary 'Kærestebreve fra Thy' (The Sound of Love Letters), with world premiere at CPH:DOX 2025. Selected to be part of DOX:DANMARK. Official Selection at Nordic Panorama 2025 and nominated for the New Nordic Voice Award.

Alumnus of the National Film and Television School (NFTS) in London, UK. Graduated with an MA in Directing Fiction in 2020 with the short film 'Shoal' shortlisted for the BAFTA Student Film Awards and longlisted for Best British Short at the BIFA 2020.

Holds a BA in Visual Communication from the Danish School of Media- and Journalism and has worked as creative and art director within advertising. 

A 2020 participant at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), developing debut feature film at the festival's Filmmaker Lab.
